All content, logos, trademarks, software, and designs provided by Forgery Shield are the property of Forgery Shield or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written consent.

4. Payment and Billing

When applicable, payment for services or security labels must be made through our approved payment providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

Forgery Shield is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of security labels, third-party actions, or unauthorized access to your account. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our platform or labels.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our platform after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
